Specifically told him that I would being missing work to meet them at my house. He was 45 minutes late. It took him 25 minutes to fix the problem. Probably should have only taken 10. It was a $35 part. I saw the price on the box. They charged me $137. I asked for him to adjust the price for costing me time and money from them being late. He said no, and made inappropriate remarks about it. I was not asking for half off. I only asked for an adjustment. Let's better his customer service by not giving him the business.
