Compared with other local establishments, a 4. The booths are a bit small and the place could use a makeover, but the food was good. The Philly is made from steak tips. Pretty good flavor overall, but a little salt and pepper on the meat before it was cooked would have made a huge difference. Very friendly staff with a nice small town feel.
